What do I do if my borrowed item is late or missing?

If you haven't received your borrow order within 5 business days, please email us at support@vinceunfold.com and we will respond as soon as possible. You can also call us at 1-844-265-5582 Monday–Friday from 9 AM–5 PM (ET).
